4levels.ro provides information about the auto service, ITP, and sanitization services of TOP 4 LEVELS S.R.L., as well as the ability to submit contact or booking requests. Users agree to:

4. Auto Service — General Terms

Auto services provided by TOP 4 LEVELS S.R.L. are subject to the following conditions:

• Price estimates: Estimates are indicative. The final cost may vary depending on parts required and the actual complexity of work discovered.
• Work approval: Any additional work beyond the initial request will be communicated to the customer before execution.
• Warranty: We provide a warranty for completed work in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or subsequent accidents.
• Liability: We are responsible for work performed by our team. We do not accept liability for pre-existing undisclosed faults.

5. ITP Station — Specific Conditions

The ITP station operates in accordance with RAR regulations. The result of the periodic technical inspection (pass/fail) is determined solely by the vehicle's technical condition according to applicable legal standards, and cannot be influenced by customer requests. ITP fees are set in accordance with RAR standards.

6. Sanitization — Specific Conditions

Sanitization and disinfection services are provided in accordance with the DSVSA Ilfov authorization. The customer is responsible for providing access to the vehicle and supplying necessary information about the type of transport and substances used. Sanitization certificates are issued in compliance with ANSVSA/DSVSA regulations.

7. Online Bookings

Completing the online booking form does not constitute automatic confirmation. A booking is only confirmed after explicit communication from our team (by phone or email). Please be available to be contacted on the next working day.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on 4levels.ro — texts, images, logos, design — is the property of TOP 4 LEVELS S.R.L. and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TOP 4 LEVELS S.R.L. does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that the information is always complete and up to date. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by temporary unavailability of the site or errors in content.

10. Governing Law
