On 7/17/20, Ms. Parkey stayed well beyond her scheduled work day to assist with offender moves due to the sudden increase in the positive COVID cases. The nomination stated, "It was indicated that in addition to monitoring delivery traffic at both the institutional warehouse and food service warehouse docks, you step up to assist by checking supply carts prior to them leaving the warehouse to ensure the supplies match against the supply requests which helps ensure the accuracy of warehouse inventories and that you also assist staff and offenders coming into the warehouse to return depleted stock.
